I’m a life transition coach and my practice specialises in helping people navigate pivotal changes such as career shifts, separation, divorce, and retirement. These aren’t just areas I coach in—they’re experiences I’ve lived. I’ve faced redundancy, the loss of loved ones, two difficult divorces, and retirement after a successful career. Each transition brought its own challenges, but I came through them with resilience—and ultimately, with happiness and purpose
Having trained in Transformational Coaching, I combine professional coaching techniques with deep personal understanding to guide my clients through their own transitions. My approach is supportive, practical, and empowering—helping people move forward with clarity, rediscover their purpose, and create fulfilling, meaningful lives.
