I work with clients who are between 40 and 70 years old using structured CBT tools and coaching to explore these thoughts, clarify their values, and take meaningful next steps — focusing on growth and choice rather than “fixing” them.
I’m a life transition coach and my practice specialises in helping people in their mid to late age, navigate pivotal changes such as divorce, and retirement. These aren’t just areas I coach in—they’re experiences I’ve lived and experienced
Having trained in Transformational Coaching, I combine professional coaching techniques with deep personal understanding to guide my clients through their own transitions.
