Where Do Coaching Sessions Take Place?

Coaching sessions take place over zoom or phone. I can meet face to face in London if preferred

How Long Do Coaching Sessions last?

Typically coaching sessions last 1 or 2 hours.

How Frequently Should I Have Coaching Sessions?

This very much depends on your individual needs and circumstances. However typically, Coaching sessions are every week or two weeks.

Check In calls and messaging between sessions can be arranged.

How much does it cost?

£450 for package of 6 sessions (£75 per hour)

or £85 for one hour session booked individually.

All sessions are paid in advance

What Happens If I Have To Rearrange Or Cancel?

Coaching sessions can be rearranged with 24 hours notice.

How Many Session Will I Need?

This will vary between client - There is no normal. Some clients only seek coaching for one goal which can be reached in one or two months, others may want longer. Some clients move from goal to goal and a coaching relationship can last up to a year or longer. You should expect to want a minimum of 3 sessions to make a difference.

How Can Coaching Help Me

There are many ways that coaching can help and every individual varies. I will work with you to clarify your goals, understand your reality (current situation) and any blockers, work through options to define a way ahead.

  • Coaching helps you set and achieve goals vs counselling helps you recognise and solve your problems in life.

  • A coach has the job to challenge you frequently vs a counsellor is there to support you with empathy and understanding.

  • Coaches focus exclusively on the present and future vs some counsellors on the present and past.

  • A coach is focused on your potential vs a counsellor is focused on helping you be at peace with yourself and your life.

  • Coaching relies on the coachee coming up with answers based on deep exploratory questions and challenges by the coach.
