Leadership Coaching.
It is said leadership is a lonely place but it doesn’t have to be. In a world driven by objectives and metrics, it is often difficult to find space to reflect on what kind of leader you are or want to be. As your coach I can help you focus on changes needed to be the most effective leader you want to be.
Remember as leader you are already successful. The question is how can you be a better leader of your business and people. What got you to where you are now, may not be what you need to get you to the next place. Do you help others perform at their best?
Coaching allows you to take time out of the busy work environment and think through what you want to be. Whether you are new in role, working with a new team or for a new boss - the challenges of leadership can test you, leading to self-doubt and lack of direction. You are already a leader, the question is what type of leader do you want to be?
As your coach, I will understand your background, where you are now and what you want to achieve. I will work with you to refine your goals and align them to the outcomes you desire. You will be committed to change and undertake actions that take you on the journey to success.
All coaching sessions are confidential, collaborative and non-judgemental. They open, honest and outcome focussed. I will tell you things that others will not, but I will also be your most ardent and fierce advocate. Helping you confront your assumptions and identifying your untapped strengths with only one aim - to make you the best leader you can be.
Leadership coaching would normally be monthly, but can be as often as every two weeks depending on your needs. An effective leadership programme would last 6 months. Sessions would last between 60 and 90 minutes.
